Artistic Excellence Council
These members show an extraordinary commitment to Virginia Opera, with remarkable ongoing support, for a minimum of three years, at a level of $10,000 or more per year.  Artistic Excellence Council members enjoy all the benefits of the Director’s Society, as well as invitations to exclusive dinners and meetings, access to repertoire planning, and a private, end of season celebration.

Leadership Society
The Leadership Society provides a foundation of quality and strength that ensures the continued excellence of Virginia Opera.  The benefits of giving at the Leadership Society levels involve close, personal interaction with the Artistic Director and our mainstage artists.

Director’s Society
Donors of $10,000 and above will have all the benefits of the Artist Patron Society, in addition to two complimentary tickets to the performance of your choice and individually tailored underwriting opportunities for artists.

Artist Patron Society
Donors of $5,000 - $9,999 will receive the benefits of the Bravo Society, as well as an invitation to an exclusive dinner with mainstage artists, a private backstage tour for you and your guests and invitations to Artist Auditions in New York City.

Bravo Society
Donors of $2,500 - $4,999 will enjoy the benefits of Virginia Opera membership at the Benefactor Society, as well as complimentary reserved parking and invitations to exclusive statewide events.

Benefactor Society
Donors of $1,500 to $2,499 will have all the benefits of Virginia Opera Membership, in addition to Benefactor Lounge privileges. As a Benefactor, you can join us in the Benefactor Lounge during the first intermission of each opera for refreshments and the companionship of fellow Leadership Society members.

Virginia Opera Membership
As a member of Virginia Opera, you will be part of our performances and programs.

Opera Partner
Donors of $1,000 - $1,499 will enjoy the benefits of the Sustainer level, as well as two tickets to a closed dress rehearsal and the opportunity to attend master classes.

Opera Sustainer
Donors of $500 - $999 will receive the benefits of the Family level, in addition to receiving invitations to select concerts and events, including our Spring Gala.

Opera Family
Donors of $250 - $499 will have the benefits of the Friend level, as well as recognition in our performance programs. Family Members who are also full-season subscribers receive priority seating. In addition, Family Members are entitled to special discount seat access at upcoming Student and Family Nights.

Opera Friend
Donors of $100 - $249 will enjoy the benefits of the Associate level, in addition to receiving Virginia Opera news and updates from the General Director. Friend Members will also receive two vouchers for a complimentary glass of champagne or non-alcoholic beverage of your choice.

Opera Associate
Donors of $50 - $99 will receive a special Virginia Opera Membership Card that will provide discounts at area restaurants and facilities. Associate Members will also receive a free subscription to Opera Voice, Virginia Opera’s seasonal newsletter.
